53 1/2 HAYES AVENUE REALLY CLOSE-UP

This lot is at the top of a hill, with great views to the North (across the field at the top of the photo).  We also have some great views to the west (left) across a corn field and farm land.  Our home will face North, so we will get the sunny southern exposure in our courtyard.

Here is where you can see that we are surrounded by farms and trees.  The roads are a good distance away, heck even our road is 1000 feet away.  You can see in the upper right corner the road that curves down.  That is our street.  To the left, you can see the Niederwerfer Road (which is in South Windsor) on the far edge of the picture.  We don't have direct access to Niederwerfer, so we are really land locked.

WE OWN THE LAND

Hi everyone, this last Wednesday Dee and I had our closing for the new land in Ellington.  This beautiful 5.86 acre piece of heaven will be the sight for Casa del Gates.  We will be using this blog site so that you can all check the progress of the once in a life-time project.
